Happy Holidays! We would like to thank you for your partnership and our shared success throughout 2018. As our business grows, it is necessary to enhance our infrastructure and systems to ensure we can continue to meet your needs. We have implemented several changes this year to allow us to continually improve our business, including the installation of a new interactive, cloud based phone system and moving to two new facilities. We are now ready to embark on a significant upgrade to state of the art "SAP" enterprise resource planning (ERP) software which will enable significant enhancements to business functionality, and will strategically support our customers as professional coffee equipment enters the digital age.
As part of this implementation, our systems will be shut down from December 20th until January 7th. Please be aware that machine orders, orders for consumables like water filters and milk detergent, and non-emergency parts will not be processed during this time.
Therefore, please ensure all orders are received no later than 5pm PST on Friday, December 14th.
With the exception of our customer contact center (including technical dispatch from 5am to 5pm Monday through Friday & Saturday and Sunday 5am to 3:30pm PST), our offices will be closed during this time. We will resume normal business practices and office hours on January 7, 2019.
