To provide features through digital platform website, there’s no fix defined shelf life. Data is stored until customer does not need data anymore and wants it to be deleted.

Defined data (dispenses, events, machines) can be downloaded from the digital platform (section “Analytics” -> “Data Export”) via direct export or on a regular basis (scheduled data export). To access this feature, a request must be made through the contact form, including information about the organization and user and the product serial number and machine type concerned.

To receive the respective data (dispenses, events incl. cleanings, machines) via a webhook API (JSON files), a request must be made through the contact form, including information about the organization and user and the product serial number and machine type concerned. This information is required to set up the API accordingly.

Requests to retrieve all data sent by one product (incl. available recipes) must be made through the contact form available on the respective digital platform website (WMF CoffeeConnect, Schaerer Coffee Link, SEB Professional Coffee Smart, Curtis Coffee Sync). The request must specify the email address of the user account and the product serial number and machine type concerned. This information can be found on the machine plate.

Once the request is made, the data will be sent within 4 weeks in a zip format, consisting of several CSV files. It is also possible to request the deletion of the data.

In accordance with the applicable legislation, users have the right to access their data, rectify it, object to its processing, request its portability, and request its deletion.
